A career spent building businesses across borders
Over three decades in senior executive roles, I've led business development in some of the most demanding international markets — nutrition, specialty ingredients and aquaculture. I've opened new geographies, negotiated landmark partnerships, and built the commercial teams that carried growth forward.
For almost the last decade I have lived and worked out of Asia, building on a career rooted in Europe. That gives me a genuine foothold in both worlds — the networks, cultural fluency and market understanding to help companies bridge European and Asian business with confidence.
I founded Oceanwood to put that experience to work for the companies that need it most: start-ups finding their footing, scale-ups professionalising their growth, and mid-sized businesses reaching for the next level. You get a partner who has been in the room — on both sides of the table.
